Quality Surveys for Home Buyers and Investors

We are independent Chartered Building Surveyors based in South East Essex and have over 20 years of experience. As well as RICS Home Surveys, we also offer Buy-To-Let Surveys and New Build Reports. For commercial properties, we can provide a detailed Schedule of Condition for tenants or landlords ahead of a new lease. We provide our clients with regular updates and, where necessary, take time to personally discuss any issues identified.

Our surveyors are fully trained and both RICS and RPSA qualified. Once we have understood a client’s objectives, we take charge of the process to arrange the inspection and gain access to the property. Following our inspection, we produce a detailed report with numerous photos to provide a clear understanding of any issues to be addressed.
