How will I receive my survey report?

Survey reports are issued electronically, by email, to enable us to get the information to you in the quickest and most environmentally friendly way.

​We try to avoid printing reports to save the use of paper, however if you require your report to be printed please let us know when instructing us as additional fees may apply.

How long will it take for me to receive my survey report?

Surveys are normally booked within 24 hours and a date arranged with the seller or agent. Once the survey has been carried out, we aim to issue your report within 5 working days. Once the report is complete, we will also contact you to talk through any defects identified.

How much will it cost?

Our fees vary depending on the age, type and size of a property. Please contact us for a competitive quote.
