Why use an RICS or RPSA member?
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the foremost organisation for surveyors and their members have to follow strict Rules of Conduct and standards to ensure professionalism and integrity at all times. RICS surveyors have to demonstrate competence in their field to obtain membership.
Recommended by leading High Street banks, Which? and the UK Government (in their How to Buy Guide), the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) is a representative body for independent specialist residential surveyors who are the industry’s leading specialists in reporting on the condition of residential properties on behalf of home buyers. Members follow rigorous Survey Inspection and Reporting Standards (SIRS).

We are based in Leigh-on-Sea but cover the whole of Essex and surrounding areas
How will I receive my survey report?
Survey reports are issued electronically, by email, to enable us to get the information to you in the quickest and most environmentally friendly way.
We try to avoid printing reports to save the use of paper, however if you require your report to be printed please let us know when instructing us as additional fees may apply.
How long will it take for me to receive my survey report?
Surveys are normally booked within 24 hours and a date arranged with the seller or agent. Once the survey has been carried out, we aim to issue your report within 5 working days. Once the report is complete, we will also contact you to talk through any defects identified.
How much will it cost?
Our fees vary depending on the age, type and size of a property. Please contact us for a competitive quote.
